Most of our clients are nonprofits. Pricing confusion can often be the largest barrier to partners engaging with a consultant. Therefore, we strive to remove the uncertainty from pricing as much as possible.
Normally, ManumCo partnerships are fix-priced engagements, meaning we charge one price for the entire engagement + cost of travel and travel-related expenses.
Sometimes, our pricing needs to be more dynamic to meet the client's needs. We can work together to find a model that's clear and right for you.
Regardless of our agreement, you'll always know what you pay for, and never experience hidden or unexpected costs.
Below you will find typical pricing for our services. All services average about $175/hour for work completed.
Leadership guidance normally includes a retainer-like agreement. Typical retainers start at $1,500/month with a minimum three-month retainer.
Strategic planning costs can vary depending on the size and complexity of the organization. Services are typically priced between $15,000 - $40,000 for the full cost of service (not including travel related expenses).
Project advancement requires a block of up front work that leads to a final presentation and counsel for those accountable to decision makers. Services are typically priced at $2,000 - $5,000. Additional counsel can be provided at an hourly rate.
Communication planning costs also vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most projects fall within the $8,000 - $15,000 range.
Group or meeting facilitation is normally an event-based service. We typically charge $5,000 - $7,000 + travel expenses for one-to-two-day facilitation services, which includes the full cost of preparation and post-facilitation summary.
